The ordered protection and recharge of cadres is the key to corporate survival and development personnel. Therefore it is an effective way to continuously strengthen the construction of reserve cadre team. The paper describes the relative theory of reserve cadre team management and competency model, and tries to construct reserve cadre management system based on competency model, hoping to be helpful for the practice of reserve cadre team management.
