通过分析生产建设中易发的“六类事故”的机理、原因,把事故超前预控与危险源管理、隐患治理有机结合起来,通过开展“六类易发事故”超前预控工作,查找安全管理中存在的源头性、根本性问题,在此基础上制订针对性、可操作性强的超前预控措施,对症下药,从关键点和薄弱点入手抓提前预控.

Through the analysis of mechanism, causes of "six kinds of accidents" in production and construction, combined with advance control of accident and hazard management organically, and by carrying out advance control work for "six kinds of accidents", the fundamental problems in safety management were investigated, and on this basis, advance pre-control measures with stronger operability were drawn up, starting from key points and vulnerable points.
