One of the most important parts of construction bidding is the preparation of the base price. With the gradual development of construction market and the steady improvement of related system, the base bid price is toward unity and retail price. The base price preparation is not only just starting from the actual conditions, but also should be able to achieve the unification of science and rationality. The paper analyzes the base bid price preparation of construction bidding for water conservancy project.
