At present, high turnover rate of hotel employees has become normal, which has become an irreversible trend in the market economy. However, frequent staff turnover has serious restriction on the healthy and sustainable development of the hotel industry. According to Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs, this paper analyzes the present situation of the loss of hotel staff and its reasons, and thus puts forward some suggestions and countermeasures to reduce the employee turnover rate.
