In order to improve the performance of the front?end data acquisition system,a MCU data acquisition system which takes ADμC842 as the core component is adopted. Compared with the systems composed of other MCUs,it has the more advantages of high integration,small volume,low power consumption,short development cycle,reliable operation,low cost, strong function and is apt to upgrade. The main components of the subminiature distributed data acquisition system with ADμC842 as the core component is described. The problems occurred in the application process and the solutions are pointed out. The system is mainly used in factory workshops and the data acquisition and control of machines. It is widely used in many fields.
