电涡流传感器具有对介质不敏感、非接触、全方位智能测量等特点,广泛应用于对金属的距离检测中.为提高普通电涡流传感器的灵敏度和增大检测距离,设计了一种新型非接触宽线性范围的位移电涡流传感器.实验结果表明,当电涡流传感器的探头直径为50 mm时,测量位移在2~29.5 mm之间线性度较好,在0~2 mm和29.5~35 mm中存在一定的非线性.

Electric eddy current sensor has the characteristics of insensitivity to medium,noncontact and all?azimuth intelli?gent measurement,so it is widely used in the mental distance test. In order to improve the sensitivity and increase the detecting distance of common eddy current sensor,a new eddy current sensor with non?contact wide linear range was designed. The result of experiment shows that when the probe diameter of the sensor is 50 mm,the measuring displacement at 2~29.5 mm has good linearity,but at 0~2 mm and 29.5~ 35 mm is nonlinear.
