目的:对社区老年人接种流感疫苗免疫后的效果进行评价.方法:选取某社区接种流感疫苗老年人208人作为接种组,同时入选与接种组性别、年龄、健康状况等相互匹配的未接种流感疫苗者作为对照组.通过流行病学试验方法对其展开全面调查,分别于流感疫苗接种后的第1、3、6个月对两组的相关情况进行随访调查.结果:对照组研究对象流感样疾病的发病率、就诊率均高于接种组;对照组感冒、慢性病、其他呼吸系统疾病的发病率、就诊率显著高于接种组;两组研究对象差异对比均具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:对老年人群进行流感疫苗的接种,能够较好的预防流感样疾病的发生,对相关慢性疾病的发病率、复发率的控制具有良好的效果.

Objective: evaluate the immune effect after taking influenza vaccine in the elderly. Methods: chose 208 old men in a community, at the same time, chose the elderly without taking influenza vaccine in similar gender, age and health. It take survey by using epidemiological test method, and observe the condition in the first, third and sixth month after taking influenza vaccine. Result: the incidence of flu of control group is higher then inoculation group. The comparison of two groups is statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusions: influenza vaccine inoculation of the elderly can better prevent the occurrence of influenza-like illness and is significant to the control of incidence of chronic diseases, relapse rate.
