The article, using the design of International Urban Construction Building as an example,together with the design-ing concept of first-rate office building, demonstrates the sens-ibility of the plane of the office building as wel as the unique-ness of the fa?ade, which al serve for the commercial value. Then the author elaborates the design strategies of first-rate of ice building from the perspective of economy and utility.
