With the rapid socio-economic development,China's urbanization process gradually accelerated, and there have been an increasing number ofdifferent high-rise buildings, which results in a sharp acceleration of the rising in the number of excavation engineering.Therefore, in order to safeguardthe quality of construction works, eliminate safety hazards, combined with practical work experience, this paper described several pit problems from theangle of construction management and constructiontechnology.
