党的十八大以来,我国建筑事业迈向了新的时期和起点,作为现代建筑施工企业如何在确保建筑工程施工技术水平的同时加强建筑工程项目的管理,已成为新时期的建筑施工企业可持续发展的必经之路.基于此,笔者将本文命名为《浅论新时期的建筑工程施工技术及项目管理》;首先就新时期的建筑工程施工技术问题进行了浅论;然后就如何加强新时期的建筑工程项目管理提出了几点浅见;最后对全文进行了小结.旨在与同行进行业务交流,不断提高建筑施工技术与项目管理水平,促进我国建筑事业的可持续发展.

Ever since the 18th congress of our Communist Party, the architecture in China enters a new era and comes to a new beginning. As modern architectural construction enterpr-ises, how to strengthen the management of construction project while ensuring the techniques of architectural engineering construction has become a necessity forthe sustainable development of the architectural construction enterprises. Based on this consideration, the author entitles this article as On Architectural Engineering Construction Techniques and Project Management in the New Era. First, the article launches a probe into the issue of architectural project construction techniques. Then it proceeds with how to strengthen the man-agement of architectural construction project, and presents some pieces of suggestion of the authors. Finally, the article makes a general conclusion. The purpose of writing this article is to communicate with associates in the same field so as to continuously improve the techniques of architectural constr-uction and project management with the ultimate purpose to boost thesustainable development of the architectural cause of China.
