The development of China's real estate industry has entered a new historical stage.The market is expanding, and the development and construction of affordable houses is in macroeconomic policy-oriented, which increse the fierce competition among enterprises. How to improve project management,is the key to enhance the core competitiveness. Combining with the present project management of afforda-ble house,this paper analyzed the issues in project manage-ment, and proposed measures to improve project manage-ment.
