设计工作中会遇到:钢筋混凝土结构因使用环境发生变化而改变作用在混凝土结构上的荷载性质、荷载大小;原有按旧规范设计的混凝土构件,目前使用时感到构件的允许使用荷载较低;在改扩建房屋时,在原混凝土结构上增加荷载,使得钢筋混凝土结构不能满足安全性、适用性及耐久性的要求.因而需要对原结构或构件通过适当的方法进行加固补强处理,以提高结构或构件的承载力或者增加刚度而满足使用要求.

Design work wil encounter: reinforced concrete structure due to the change of the use environment wil change the role of the load properties, load size in the concrete struc-ture; The original concrete structures according to the old standard design are al owed to use lower load right now;The construction and building, in the original concrete structure, which increase the load can't meet the safety, applicability and durability requirements. So it is necessary to strengthen the or-iginnal structure or component through the appropriate metho-ds, in order to improve the bearing capacity of the structure or component or to increase stiffness and meet the requirement.
