新地水库除险加固工程,建设地点为吉林省桦甸市横道河子乡新立屯.该水库当年修建时正逢冬季,施工单位为了赶工,填筑粘土心墙时,采用不合格的冻土及块石并且未按规范进行碾压,造成坝体严重渗漏,该水库一直处于死库容无法运行使用,需采用垂直防渗进行加固.
