The excavation and supporting structure wil occur to some extent, the displacement or deformation of surface su-bsidence excavation, wil cause serious security hidden danger to the surrounding buildings and underground pipelines. Thr-ough on-site monitoring and security analysis is very necess-ary.Through the analysis of on-site subsidence monitoring instance of an engineering, this paper introduced the monitor-ing layout and the implementation method of the foundation pit , for reference.
