In the recent years, China's civil aviation industry has rapid development, and the civil aviation construction engineering has been continuously improved the management of the bidding, but there are some problems.This paper puts forward the problems in the civil aviation construction project bidding process, and also puts forward specific ideas and methods, to play an active role in regulating civil aviation project bidding management.
