With the development of society, the cause of China's construction also entered a climax period of develop-ment. However, with the more complicate construction works as wel as the more tense construction date , there are more security incidents in the course of construction.In order to avoid such things frequently occur, we should strengthen the awareness of the crisis management of construction enterp-rises.This paper makes a brief analysis on the sense of crisis management.
