As the key link of a construction project, the const-ruction site management covers a wide range, which is com-plex in work, and is strong in comprehensive, but the strength-ening of the construction site management work is in relation to success or failure of the whole construction project, and restricts the construction enterprises to improve efficiency, and to innovate field management strategy, and promote the mana-gement efficiency and level continuously improve is particu-larrly important. Based on the analysis of the site management significance and the current situation, the paper puts forward the optimization management measures.
