近年来,建筑市场竞争越来越激烈,对监理人员综合素质也越发重要.监理单位不仅要注重质量控制和工期控制,而且要在投资控制方面认真履行自己的监理职责.下面笔者结合多年来在监理公司从事监理工作的经验,概述监理工程师在施工阶段的投资控制.

In recent years, the competition in the construction market is more and more intense, so the overal quality of supervision staff is more important .The supervision units not only to focus on quality control and schedule control, but also to fulfil its supervision duties in investment control.Combined with the author's work experience in the supervision of the company over the years, this paper outlining the investment control of the supervising engineer during the construction phase.
