随着经济的快速发展,各行各业的竞争日趋激烈,企业追求利润最大化的空间也越来越小,施工企业更加重视工程项目的成本管理,把成本控制目标作为重要的考核指标,通过对工程项目的成本管理,达到对目标成本的控制,实现预期的盈利,推动企业发展.本文主要分析了施工企业在项目施工中以尽量少的物化消耗和劳动力消耗来降低企业成本,并谈谈了自己的看法.
