随着我国社会经济的发展,建筑工程行业也得到了较快的发展,经济发展的同时,市场经济的发展模式也给我国建筑工程行业带来了巨大的竞争压力,当前,企业竞争的方式有很多种,比如说,成本竞争、质量竞争、人才竞争等都是提高企业发展能力的竞争方式之一,但是在这其中,成本竞争方式是基础,对其他两种竞争方式具有影响作用,所以,在建筑工程的招投标工作中要积极使用价值工程,一方面控制成本,另一方面控制质量,即常提到的“降低成本,提高功能”.
