随着我国道路建设的快速发展,路面结构是道路的重要组成部分.如何做好道路路面结构质量监管工作,在我国道路假设中路面结构技术开展了管养机制与面临资金问题还非常突出,道路建设是承受由路面结构层传递下来的行车荷载和自然因素的作用.近几年来,道路路面管理工作日显繁重,道路路面结构的适应性与质量监管问题也开始受到社会各界广泛关注.在道路路面结构符合管理要求,各项工序与程序采用合理的施工组织并且在正常施工质量条件下,确保道路路面面临技术方面开展了适应性研究和结构实践,取得了一些应用经验,但是,许多地方的道路在路面结构质量与施工监管后因缺乏有效的管养而受到损坏,严重影响了道路路面的正常使用,道路路面重建成轻管养的现象还相当严重.
