本文试验了不同解吸气流方向进样的气相色谱法检测室内空气中苯浓度,对比了保留时间、峰面积和峰形的不同,结果表明,不同解吸气流方向进样得到的苯的保留时间、峰面积和峰形存显著不同.检测人员进行室内空气采样时,要严格按照采样管标注的箭头方向进气或采样后标注进气方向,分析时解吸气流方向要与进气方向相反.

The paper tried out different desorption gas flow direction injection gas chromatographic method for determina-tion of benzene concentration and compared the difference of the retention time, peak area and peak shape. The results show that different solutions, desorption gas flow direction obtained of retention time, peak area and peak shape of benzene was not the same. When col ect ing room air, detection staff should inspir air in accordance with the arrow direction on sampling tube or inlet direction after sampling annotation. When detect ting, desorption gas flow direction is opposite to the direction of col ect ing.
