focusing on the central heating of residential build-ings in Xi'an,which has conducted two surveys, this paper analyzes the situation of growth and energy efficiency of resi-dential buildings in Xi'an in the past five years, and estimated the city's residential building heating heat load ,which provides the basic data for the city's low-carbon city development.
