Based on heating pipe network hydraulic charac-teristics theory, with the aid of MATLAB software, the paper realizes the heat transfer station level network side electric control valve of the unified control, so as to solve the pipeline network system in the operation of the hydraulic and thermal imbalance, which guarantees the heating demand of each heat exchanger station between the first and secondary network.
