Experimental optimization is a technique. In the paper, the author elaborated optimization design process and the specific operation in the orthogonal test. At the same time, the author combined with the problems which he encountered in test construction process, described the problems which we encounter in the construction test in detail, and puts forward some measures and suggests to solve practical problems, to achieve the optimization of test construction, so that the test can be bet er and faster completion.
