通过对直流电动机复杂控制系统的深入剖析,设计出以新型单片机为主体的直流电动机反馈控制系统.以单片机作为系统的控制核心,将模糊PID作为系统的主要控制思想,使直流电动机的输出调压范围在250~440 V.设计中主要运用了单片机的优势,使电机控制系统的工作稳定性得到较大提升,因此具有非常重要的现实意义.

A MCU?based new feedback control system for DC motors was designed by the in?depth analysis of the complex control system for DC motors. In this paper,the MCU is taken as the control core of the system and fuzzy PID as the main con?trol thought. Both of them make the output regulation range of DC motors to be within 250~400 V. Since the SCM superiority is employed in the design,the working stability of the motor control system is greatly improved. Therefore,it has very important practical significance.
