In the context of long-term real estate regulation, the development model of gaining high premium by high product configuration is never reappeared. Most of real estate enterprises reduce the product configuration to meet the demand of market. Curtain wall as a big part of real estate project cost structure is a big part of cost optimization. This article mainly discusses the cost optimization ensuring the overall effect of curtain walls.
