With the rapidly growth of China's national economy, the development of the real state industry which is considered as one of the national economic pillar industries has been paid a lot of attentions. The reason of real estate price bubble has been researched that it contained peculation credit support of the bank, excessive support of the financial system. Some relevant analysis models have been summaried. The hazard of real estate price bubble has been analyzed and the solution of real estate price has been put forward.
