经过二十多年的发展,我国的期货市场已经具备了一定的规模,尤其是2004年《国务院关于推进资本市场改革开放和稳定发展的若干意见》发布以来我国市场的经济功能得到了进一步的发挥.始终坚持国家“稳步发展期货市场”的方针,期货市场逐步进入了持续稳定健康发展的轨道:期货市场规模稳步扩大,产品创新有序推进,行业管理水平不断提升,与现货市场、实体产业的融合度不断提高,在指导现货生产、消费与流通,改善企业经营管理,促进相关产业升级,增强部分大宗商品价格的国际影响力,服务国民经济快速发展等方面发挥着积极的作用.因此,越来越多的企业利用期货市场管理风险实现生产稳步经营,期货市场的价格发现功能及规避风险功能得到有效发挥,期货市场服务产业及国民经济的功能不断体现.

After 20 years of development, China's futures market has had a certain scale; especially after promulgating Some Suggestion of the State Council Concerning the Promotion of Open Market and Steady Development in 2004, the economic function of market further developed. China adheres to the policy of steadily developing future market;it gradually entered a track of stable and healthy development: the size of the futures market was expanding, product innovation was in an orderly way, the integration of spot goods and actual industries was improved; it played a positive role of guiding the production, consumption and circulation, improving enterprise management, promoting industrial upgrading, enhancing some international influence of commodity prices and serving the rapid development of national economy. So more and more enterprises realized the steady operation of production by future market management risk; the price-discovery process and risk aversion function are played, and the function that future market serves the national economy continues to be reflected.
