针对传统带材纠偏存在的惯性大、响应慢等缺陷,提出一种磁力纠偏装置,该装置借鉴磁力轴承的工作原理,在带材出现偏差时,通过控制纠偏辊与定子之间的间隙大小达到纠偏目的,具有响应速度快、控制精度高等特点.
針對傳統帶材糾偏存在的慣性大、響應慢等缺陷,提齣一種磁力糾偏裝置,該裝置藉鑒磁力軸承的工作原理,在帶材齣現偏差時,通過控製糾偏輥與定子之間的間隙大小達到糾偏目的,具有響應速度快、控製精度高等特點.

To overcome the defects of traditional strip rectifying methods,such as large inertia,slow response, a device of electromagnetic strip rectifying was designed which borrows the operating principle of active magnetic bearing (AMB) and which can rectify the strip more rapidly and accurately by controling the distance between rectifying roller and stator when the strip deviate from the normality.
