随着城市化进程的加快,城市水环境危机日益显现.洪涝灾害、水资源供需矛盾、水生态环境恶化等已成为现代城市的顽疾.本文以项目生命周期理论为指导,引入低影响开发(Low Impact Development,LID)雨洪管理理念,并对其在国外城市建设、运营与经济、环境、社会效益进行了分析,从理论和实践方面对LID技术优势进行了研究,企望在我国城市开发建设过程,加快LID技术推广应用,缓解城市水环境危机,促进城市可持续发展.
