本文主要叙述了我国对于工程造价司法鉴定过程中的各种性质,对现阶段在司法鉴定中遇到的难题进行了总结,在进行工程造价的过程中要遵守从约原则,当对于事实中出现的争议,采用造价单列的方式,把握好技术方法与工作程序,保证鉴定结果真实合法.工程造价司法鉴定是在工程建设的过程中对出现的纠纷问题做出判断的一种方式,它有着不同于其它鉴定工作的特点.本文根据工程造价鉴定时的特点,从鉴定原则出发结合造价鉴定的实践过程,阐述在进行司法鉴定工作时要注意的几点问题,以及如何以正确的态度认识和对待司法鉴定,并讨论如何通过正确方式进行工程造价的司法鉴定.

This paper describes our country for various prope-rties of engineering cost in the process of judicial authenticati-on, the problems encountered at this stage in the judicial ident-ifyication are summarized, in the process of the engineering c-ost should observe the principle of from about, when in fact di-sputes, the cost of single mode, a good grasp of technology m-ethods and procedures, to ensure the authenticity and legality i-dentification results. The project cost judicial authentication is a kind of method in the engineering construction process of di-spute problem judgment. It is different from other appraisal w-ork. According to the characteristics of engineering cost identi-fication, starting from the identification principle combined w-ith the practice of process cost identification, states should pay at ention to several problems in the judicial authentication wor-k, and how to correctly understand and treat the at itude of jud-icial authentication, and discuss how to project cost judicial id-entification through the correct way.
