笔者多年从事蒸汽冷凝水回收工程,经研究实践,发明了基于微负压的蒸汽冷凝水热回收系统,不仅解决了系统背压、高低压并网等难题,让冷凝水通畅地回收到锅炉房,还对闪蒸废气进行了回收,最大限度地节约了热能,对企业的“清洁生产”、“节能减排”有很好的实际意义.
筆者多年從事蒸汽冷凝水迴收工程,經研究實踐,髮明瞭基于微負壓的蒸汽冷凝水熱迴收繫統,不僅解決瞭繫統揹壓、高低壓併網等難題,讓冷凝水通暢地迴收到鍋爐房,還對閃蒸廢氣進行瞭迴收,最大限度地節約瞭熱能,對企業的“清潔生產”、“節能減排”有很好的實際意義.
필자다년종사증기냉응수회수공정,경연구실천,발명료기우미부압적증기냉응수열회수계통,불부해결료계통배압、고저압병망등난제,양냉응수통창지회수도과로방,환대섬증폐기진행료회수,최대한도지절약료열능,대기업적“청길생산”、“절능감배”유흔호적실제의의.
The author engages in steam condensation water r-ecycleing project for many years and invent the steam conden-sate heat recovery system bases on slightly negative pressure, which not only solve the problems of system back pressure, hi-gh and low voltage grid etc. to let the condensate back to the b-oiler room, but also recycle the exhaust gas and utmost save t-he heat energy, which has great practical significance of the e-nterprise of "clean production", "energy conservation and emission reduction".
