随着我国社会主义事业以及经济建设的发展,建筑行业的市场竞争日益激烈.人们对居住环境的要求越来越高,不仅对质量方面有严格要求,而且还对建筑物的适用、经济以及安全能等多个方面的要求日益增高.其中的抗震设计就是关键环节.本文主要是通过分析建筑结构层等位移延性设计的现状和问题,并提出了相应的抗震的设计措施.

With the development of the career and economic construction of China's socialist, the construction industry in t-he market competition is increasingly fierce. People’s demands for living environment are increasingly high, not only have str-ict requirements on quality, but also on the various aspects of t-he requirements of the applicable, economic and security of th-e building. And the seismic design is the key link. In this artic-le the author mainly analysis the status and problems of buildi-ng structures layer displacement ductility design, and put forw-ard the reasonable seismic design measures.
