本文首先通过对工程地质勘察中存在的缺陷,设计结构中的失误和错误,由建筑材料和建筑制品质量引起、施工技术方面的错误造成的质量问题,施工管理等方面的研究,系统分析了建筑工程质量事故的产生原因,有关施工质量监理方在其中所起的作用.对施工前准备阶段和施工过程中分别进行了如何预防质量事故的探讨,这一研究对于进一步加强建筑安全管理具有一定的借鉴意义.

This paper based on defect, design structure exists in the engineering geological investigation of mistakes and err-ors, caused by building materials and products, the quality of construction technology of error caused by quality problems, r-esearch and construction management, systematical y analyzes the causes of the quality accident of construction engineering, construction quality supervision in which the role. Discussion on how to prevent the quality accident of construction prepara-tion stage and construction process were carried out, the study has certain reference significance to further strengthen the con-struction safety management.
