宁波南部商务区的规划和建设形成了宁波现代服务业的新亮点,总部经济的新载体、城市经济的新引擎、转型升级的新平台.从经济角度讲,建设南部商务区、发展总部经济,对吸引长三角地区乃至海外高层次上规模企业的进驻、形成产业集聚、提升鄞州城市经济地位,起着引擎的作用.从社会角度说,将进一步提高宁波南部新城的形象地位,进一步凸现国际化,推动鄞州经济社会发展上一个新台阶.从规划设计角度,南部商务区是统一规划设计的新城典范,为国内新城的建设开发提供了良好的经验参照.本文是作者以建筑师的角度,从政府策略到规划设计等层面将南部商务区规划开发建设的特色做一个回顾和提炼.

The planning and construction of new business di-strict in southern Ningbo, formed the Ningbo modern service industry, headquarters economy, city economy new carrier of new engines, the transformation and upgrading of the new pla-tform. From an economic perspective, the construction of hea-dquarters economy development, the southern business district, in the formation of industrial agglomeration, promotion, Yinz-hou city economic status to attract the Yangtze River Delta and high-level overseas on the scale of enterprise, plays a role of engine. From the social point of view, it wil further enhance the Ningbo Southern part of the city image position, further hi-ghlighted internationalization, promotes economic and social development of Yinzhou to a new level. From the point of des-ign, the southern business district is the unified planning and design of the new model, provides a good reference to the con-struction of the development experience of domestic metro.
