    Through site survey, survey and related data, this paper analyzes the current situation and development trend of aging of population in Ruian City, the present situation of the construction of old-age service facilities and its existing pro-blems.Future endowment institution beds scale of demand is forecasted,and some suggestions on how to strengthen the pe-nsion service facilities are proposed in it.
