The design of power management within master control SoC in the consumer electronic products is critical to power consumption control of whole products. In order to decrease power consumption and cost,an adaptive power?on interface which matchs with arbitrary out?of?chip power?on level was designed to make the on?off circuit of electronic products simple. The‘hi?bernation’function was achieved by hardware and software collaborations. Its characteristic is to switch off the power of all parts on SoC except the power management unit and real?time clock during standby state,and then make the system quickly restored in response to user’s command.
