As the behavior of enterprise material management, professional management of enterprises is not only the materi-al department, should pay more at ention by enterprise decisio-n and executive. At the same time, portfolio management nee-ds of staf participation and supervision, only full participation, the complete system to build a modern enterprise material ma-nagement. This article through the concrete problems of high-way and bridge construction enterprise in the cost accounting management, combined with the actual work experience, puts forward corresponding countermeasures.
