随着城市化进程的加快以及市场经济的发展、社会的转型与国家的政策共同作用,我们国家众多较发达的城市,目前已出现“郊区化”的趋势.这与美国当年出现的“郊区化”趋势有着可类比的相似之处.本文基于中美两国各自的时代和国情,对郊区化的产生的原因和现象做出比较、分析.通过透析中国城市是否进入郊区化阶段这一争论焦点,探讨“新城市主义”对于中国现阶段的城市建设的启迪和借鉴意义.

Along with the interaction of transition and nation-al development, city changes a course accelerate and market e-conomy, social policy, our country many more developed city has been emergent the “suburbanization” trend. It is similar t-o the emergence of the “suburbanization” trend in United Sta-tes. In this paper, the author based on the two respective time and situation between the United States and China makes the comparison, analyzes the causes and the phenomenon of subu-rbanization. By dialysis the focus of debate that China city has into suburbanization stage, discussion of “New Urbanism” for China's city construction has enlightenment and reference sig-nificance.
