In this article, the author takes the planning and de-sign of Xuzhou Zhongyin Galaxy Town as an example, enhan-ce the level land, vertical space resources utilization, al times of the composite forms, multi-dimensional landscape implanta-tion, the reconstruction of public open space for specific pract-ice strategy, to giving the leapfrog development of modern ser-vice industry a inject new vigor.
