本文针对目前建筑工程项目管理存在的问题,提出了项目管理创新原则和工程项目管理创新策略.策略内容主要为理念、机制和技术三个方面的创新,即基于服务和可持续发展的创新管理理念,涵盖物质、精神、舆论、民主和监督五个方面的激励与约束创新机制,引入物联网的项目管理创新技术.创新策略的提出,对提高建筑企业的管理水平和核心竞争力有着一定的指导意义.
