建筑工程施工阶段的进度管理,是工程管理工作的重要内容之一.通过科学管理施工阶段进度,可以确保工程在质量过关、功能齐全、成本节约的情况下,按时或者提前于工程工期完成工程任务.这对于工程投资方来说,除了可以提前将工程交付,还能够在一定程度上减少施工成本.关于进度管理目标的分解规划,可以在确定竣工时间的基础上,通过对施工阶段进度总目标进行详细分解,并科学地规划,以此促进总目标的顺利实现,这也正是本文的研究重点所在.
