随着工业化进程快速推进以及城市化的快速发展,城市污染变得越来越严重,改善城市生活环境,加快城市园林绿化建设成为社会发展的一种迫切需求.园林绿化施工与养护属于工程施工的范畴,但又与一般工程施工与养护存在着本质上的区别.总体来讲,园林工程施工与养护管理是一门实践性较强的学科体系,其中,园林种植属于工程体系中的短期工程,而养护管理则属于一项周期性,长期性的工程项目.本文根据人本的园林设计理念,探讨提高园林工程施工与养护管理绩效的重要措施,以期为我国园林工程建设以及养护工作提供借鉴.

With the rapid development of the accelerated pro-cess of industrialization and urbanization, urban pol ution is b-ecoming more and more serious, and improve the urban living environment, accelerate the construction of urban landscape b-ecome an urgent demand of social development. Landscaping construction and maintenance are the areas of construction, but there are essential differences with the construction and maint-enance of general engineering. Overal , the construction and maintenance of the garden project management is a practical d-iscipline system, the garden planting belongs to short-term pr-ojects in the engineering system, while the conservation and management are cyclical, long-term projects. In this article, the author bases on the people-oriented concept of garden design, and explore an important measure to improve the constructio-n and maintenance of the garden project, in order to provide a reference for garden construction projects in China, as wel as conservation efforts.
