2009年,在无锡新区 CBD 商贸商务功能核心区落成了示范型重点民生工程——新之城全生活购物广场.这是一个国际化超大型一站式购物休闲城市综合体,运用了当前最具活力的全业态商业组合模式.以其准确的选址、业态配比和有效的经营模式,项目一经落成,就吸引了大批主力商户并获得了超人气的客源.本文从设计师角度,浅谈了“全功能商业模式”对于激发商业活力,提高城市化生活水平所起到的各种积极因素.

In 2009, in the District of Wuxi, CBD commercial core district completed the demonstration of key livelihood pr-ojects——the new city living shopping plaza. It is an internatio-nal super one-stop shopping complex, using al forms of come-rcial pat ern of the most active. With its accurate location, for-mat ratio and the effective management mode, the project upon completion, will at ract a large number of main business and a-ccess to the popular tourist. In this paper, from the perspective of the designer, the author talks about “the whole function of c-ommercial mode” to stimulate business activity, al positive fa-ctors to raise the standard of living of the city.
