Based on the investigation of the circular economy of Yan'an city,this paper focuses on the analysis of the development status in circular economy of Yan'an city from the industry, the agriculture and the service industry. Then,arounding the efficient use of resources and recycling as its core,it researches on the Circular Economy of Yan'an city. Finally,some countermeasures and suggestions were presented , it has the practical significance to the development of circular economy in Yan'an city.
