为保证建筑物的正常使用寿命和建筑物的安全性,掌握建筑物沉降变形规律,监测在施工过程中出现不均匀沉降,预防因沉降原因造成建筑物主体结构的破坏,避免造成巨大经济损失,为以后的勘察设计施工提供可靠的资料及相应的沉降参数,建筑物沉降观测显得尤为重要.文章主要阐述了高层建筑施工中沉降观测的基本技术及要求,分析高层建筑物沉降的主要原因,以避免因沉降原因造成建筑物主体结构的破坏或产生影响结构使用功能的裂缝,提高高层施工中的沉降观测质量.结合志丹县永宁采油厂11#高层住宅楼的观测实践来分析其产生不均匀沉降的原因及处理方法.

In order to ensure the normal use of the building and the safety of buildings, grasp the building settlement deformation law, monitor the uneven settlement in construction process, prevent the damage of main building structure caused by settlement, avoid huge economic loss, and provide reliable data and corresponding settlement parameters for the investigation design and construction, observation of buildings settlement is particularly important. The article mainly elaborated the basic technology and the requirement of settlement observation in construction of high-rise buildings and analyzed the main reasons, in order to avoid the damage of main building structure or cracks and improve the quality of settlement observation. Combined with the observation practice of 11# high-rise residential building in Zhidan County Yongning Oil Production Plant, its causes and treatment method of uneven settlement are analyzed.
