In order to better refer and introduce real estate financing way of REITs, which is more popular in other countries, identify the obstacles in the affordable housing financing mode that introduced REITs, and analyze these obstacles by Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) to find out the key obstacle factors that affect the affordable housing financing mode of the introduction of REITs, then according to the results of analysis, put forward to the corresponding countermeasures, so as to facilitate to introduce the REITs into our affordable housing financing mode successfully.
