从生态居住区的理解出发,并结合实例,笔者认为从住宅区规划阶段就应该开始进行积极地生态化设计,以整合住宅区单体和规划两个方面的各种技术措施.根据实践提出了从交通体系的优化、绿化系统的生态效益最大化等方面在规划设计阶段的具体策略以及应用条件.

In this article, the author departures from the under-standing of the ecological residential area, combined with the instance from the residential area planning stage for positive ecological design, integration the a variety of technical mea-sures of two aspects of residential areas monomer and planning, and puts forward the ecological benefits of specific strategies and application conditions from optimize the traffic system and maximize the greening system according to the practice.
