In this article, the author combines Jinhui Harbor construction projects with the Fengxian district requirements of social and economic development in the context of devel-opment strategies of ecological economic zone in Shanghai and on the basis of analysis the port development status and the relevant planning to explore the planning ideas, road traffic and landscaping of Jinhui Harbor, South gate.
